Any foreigner wishing to
pursue full-time studies in Singapore in an institution that is registered with the
Ministry of Education (MOE) or at the institutions which have obtained approval from the
Commissioner Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to accept foreign students is
required to apply for a Student's Pass.
Only Dependant's Pass
holders studying in Government, Government-Aided, Independent, Kindergartens or Foreign
System Schools and foreign students holding Immigration Exemption Order are exempted from
applying a Student Pass.
