APPLICATION FOR A VISA TO ENTER SINGAPORE

Visa Application Forms

  1. All visa applicants are required to duly complete the attached visa application form (Form14).

  2. The visa application forms are available free of charge at the Singapore Embassy, Diplomatic Quarters, Riyadh. from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm during working days from Saturday to Wednesday. The visa application forms (Form14) can also be downloaded from the website: www.ica.gov.sg .

Visa Hours

  1. Visa applications are accepted only from 9.00 am to 11.00 am during working days from Saturday to Wednesday. Visa collection time is from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm. during working days.

Submission of documents

  1. You can apply for your visa in person or through your contacts. If you are residing outside Riyadh, you can arrange for a pre-paid courier service for the submission of application and collection of visa without visiting the Embassy personally.

  2. Visa applications will be accepted only when the following documents are in order:

  1. Duly completed visa application form or photocopy of application Form 14

  2. One recent colour passport sized photograph with white background.

  3. Photocopy (on A4 size) of your passport (all relevant pages including valid visas to other countries). The passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of travel to Singapore.

  4. Photocopy (on A4 size) of your flight and hotel reservation (State the type of visa applied for - single, double or multiple journey in Part II of page 2 of the Visa Application Form).

  5. Letter of Introduction (LOI) from a local contact or company in Singapore. (Sample of LOI is attached). Official Letters from MFA or other government ministries will also be accepted.

  6. All documents in Arabic, including official letters, should be translated into English.

  7. Mention your mobile/phone number for us to contact you if required.

Visa Fees

  1. The visa processing fee for each application is SR 50.00 (cash or bank draft drawn on Saudi British Bank only). No personal cheques are acceptable. Visa fees are non refundable.

Processing Time

  1. The normal processing time for application for visas by Level 2 countries is between 3-5 working days excluding the day of submission and the Saudi & Singapore week-ends. For Level 1 countires, the processing time may vary between 2 to 3 working days.
