Consular Services
Overview
Apart from the usual representational
functions, the Embassy also provides consular services to Singaporeans
working/residing in Manila. In addition, it also processes and issues Entry Visa to non-citizens who wish to enter Singapore.
The Embassy’s Consular Section is opened from
9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday.

Registration of Singaporeans
Overseas
All Singaporeans residing
in the Philippines are strongly encouraged to register with the Embassy. In
times of emergency, this will enable the Embassy to contact Singaporeans and
provide assistance quickly. Registration can be done on-line through this link:

Singapore Passports Holders
Application/Renewal
The Embassy accepts
applications for Singapore International.
As these applications will be referred to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)
for processing, the expected turnaround time is three to four weeks upon lodging of the application. Please note that you will need to collect the passport in person when it is

Loss
If your passport is
lost/stolen, you will need to do the following:
- Lodge a police report (in the country of
loss) and ask for a copy of this report.
- Bring two passport-sized photographs, taken against a white background in matte finish. Instant photographs are acceptable.
- Please report, in person, to the Embassy’s
Consular Section. Bring along the copy of the police report and documentary
proof of your citizenship and your identity, preferably with your photograph
on it e.g. Identity Card, when you do so.

Entry requirement for all foreigners
Visa application for citizens/ passport holders of the following countries:
Nationals of Assessment Level I Countries
India, Myanmar, People Republic of China, Holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity, Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit and Commonwealth of Independent States (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) and Nigeria
Nationals of Assessment Level II Countries
Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, and holders of Palestinian Authority Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates and Refugee Travel Document issued by Middle-East countries

VISA APPLICANTS/AUTHORISED VISA AGENTS
The Embassy has implemented the Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE), a system which facilitates visa applications via the internet with effect from 1 June 2008.
Visa application can now be submitted via electronically through the authorised visa agents. The standard Singapore Visa processing fee is SGD$30.00. The various service fees charged by the authorised visa agent’s are shown below together with their contact details:

Notarial
Services
The
Embassy also provides notarial services for official documents to be used in
Singapore. Please bring along your passport or identify card as a form of
identification should you require such a service.
