Certificate of No Criminal Conviction A Certificate of No Criminal Conviction CNCC) is to be issued to Singapore citizens, Singapore residents and foreigners who have resided in Singapore for more than six months and are above 16 years of age. The High Commission is not authorised to issue such certificates. Applicants who are overseas may apply by correspondence. In Singapore, the applicant can be fingerprinted when the application is submitted in person at the CNCC Office. Otherwise, the applicant can approach a local police station to obtain your fingerprint impressions. Please note that the processing time is 4 to 8 weeks. Please forward an International Bank Draft in Singapore currency (S$45 for application in person or S$50 for application by post) payable to the "Head Criminal Records CID" together with your application.
