MFA Press Statement: Call on Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew by Keidanren Delegation, 2 December 2009


A delegation led by Keidanren Chairman Fujio Mitarai called on Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew at the Istana on 2 December 2009 at 6.00 pm. Mr Lee and the delegation exchanged views on regional developments, and reiterated their support for Singapore and Japan to remain committed partners in Asia, by continuing to build on the strong bilateral relations and business linkages.

Chairman Mitarai is leading a Keidanren delegation on a three-leg visit to Southeast Asia which includes Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
